So I called today to find out about where my NOA2 is and why I haven't got it. The first guy told me I was wrong and I had not been awarded an NOA2 yet (umm hello? Then your whole website is wrong because it's telling me I am). Then finally he accepted that I was right and they'd have one out to me in a few days.

Then the next guy I talked to when I call back after the idiot I talked to the first time told me I had to file something for a new one and that I have to pay $340!? I'm sorry but I am not paying for theirs or the USPS's mistake.

The sad truth is, if you don't receive it, you have to replace it at your cost. Sucks big time! Hopefully it will arrive soon. And they have you between a rock and a hard place, cos you need it for AOS.

Yep if they say they mailed it and you just have never recived it then you are going to have to pay for a new copy... this happens all the time.... my Greencard got last in the mail and I had to pay all over again for another one....

Email them here CSC.NoNotice@DHS.Gov and tell them that you never received your NOA2. They should send you a replacement.
