Mine was pushed back one day. I have been lurking in some of the earlier filers' threads and they are saying that lots of workers are taking personal time off for the holiday. This could be why everything seems to be pushed back. . . but really I have no clue.

My estimated adjudicated date was pushed back 2 days. I hope we all get our approvals earlier than the projected dates though....

7/30/08: Sent AOS to Chicago lockbox

7/31/08: Received by USCIS

8/06/08: Check cashed

8/07/08: Rec'd NOA for I-485 AOS

8/07/08: AOS, EAD, & AP - Touched

8/08/08: Rec'd NOAs for EAD & AP

8/12/08: Rec'd Biometrics appt letter

8/21/08: Biometrics

9/29/08: EAD & AP - approved!!

10/6/08: EAD & AP - received in the mail!

2/06/09: Received interview notice for March 10th!!

3/10/09: Passed interview - husband's GC approved!!! Woohoo!!! :-)

01/2011: File to remove conditions

Mine keeps getting pushed back too. I'm trying to not worry about it though. They were behind and that is reflecting the averages. I think they'll get better as they catch up. We'll see. I'm just excited right now because I'm going to see my Sweety in February again :) At least it's something to look forward too and get our minds off of the wait.

I am hoping to ring in the Chinese New Year with my SO and her family in February. I have to get there first! As you say, it is something to look forward to. :thumbs:

Maybe by the time we get back or get through the holidays, some significant progress will have been made on catching up!? I am also hopeful too that there will not be a ripple effect down the road!

Yeah, my 'projected' date moved back a few days too, but I am steadfastly believing in that February approval - that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I get to see my fiance the third week of January so that is definitely something to look forward to and also to break this awful wait....I'm just counting down the days and so far, December is flying by. :)
