First of all, it's Mesquite, not Mesquit! ;)

Second, make sure you put your names on the back of your passport photos

Third, make sure you put names, date, and locations on the back of your photos for proof of relationship.

Fourth, do you have copies of some boarding passes to include?

Fifth, make sure you lett on how you met is clearly marked "I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person"

Sixth, on the check, in the "For" box, write I-129F Original Submission, and write I-129F Original Submission on the outside of your envelope.

Other than that, looks good!

Good luck!

Looks good to me, just make sure you copy the back of the birth certificate-even if there's nothing on it. This is a weird one, but be sure to do it, ours had a basically blank page with it.

The rest looks great, and I'm sure you'll do fine!

Tardy thanks for the info offer.. I spent some time on SA and Providencia way back when.. I just like that they are so out of the way and unusual places (great scuba diving!). We wound up in one of those weird all-inclusive places for a night (THE worst food *ever*) as the alternative was the cheepo hostel at the end of the airport runway.... And I had the amusing experience of trying to use my prtable water filter on the tap water. It may have been 'clean' but it still tasted exactly like desalianated sea water.. ewww! We broke down and bought bottled ;)

:) Happy memories....

Looks like you've got a good petition put together :) If you still need ideas for proof of having met (or at least from having been your fiance's city/country of residence) I included copies of my luggage tags, my flight iteneraries, and loads of receipts for atm and credit card transactions. You may have already thought of that stuff, but when I was putting my petition together I was racking my brain and searching the forums and guides for all the ideas I could get. Make sure you make copies of the ENTIRE petition before you mail it. I scanned the whole thing into my computer instead of creating more masses of paper to keep up with. This way I can scan in new pieces (like the certified mail receipt and the NOA1) as I get them, and then print out complete copies later on.

You'll feel alot better once the petition is on its way to the USCIS. Good Luck! :)
