My fiance just received packet 3 today so NOW his work truly begins. He seems dazed by the medicals.

I just started a new job this week so I am still 'fuzzy' on my financials for the I-134 so I must do some research to see what I need. I informed my employer of what I would be needing from them, and they seemed cool. Now to locate tax records and such *sigh* I'm so nervous!

Good luck everyone!

Ever Hopeful,

Annette

Hey Annette,

Thats GREAT news that your fiancé has received Packet 3. You're definitely on your way now!

How were you able to determine when your petition reached and then left the NVC? Did you end up calling?

Wishing you all the best with your new job and getting all of your financial stuff together.

Good luck to everyone - we've made it this far! :star:

Hi Annette!

Great news! :) Congratulations on the new job

We've been only a couple of days away on the other phases of this process so I'm hoping we'll receive our package 3 next week! (fingers crossed).

Good luck on putting all the papers together and the tax documents too! Everything will be just fine! :)

HUGS!

Hi all -

We got our NOA2 from the CSC on September 10th and it has STILL not been received by the NVC.

Hopefully soon...

We have the same approval date, most likely they will arrive in the same batch. I did call NVC today and according to the lady I spoke to, our petition has not arrived. She said it should be there any time now. I'm anxious to get past this step and move on with the process. The unknown is what kills us. If we had appointments or dates to go by, at least we can look forward to it. But this open ended deal is awful.

Also, I have their number but not their email address? Can anyone tell me the correct email address to use to ask them about my case?

Hey Annette ,

Congratulation on the new job , don’t worry as long as you have a job and you can support him , you will be just fine plus I don’t think they are not that hard at the London embassy .

Congratulation on the Pak 3 too , now the real work has began . why is he worried from the medical?
