Of course the distance sucks, but it is the true test of love... to see how it will last... honestly I feel like a "single person" because I'm alone, but I feel like a "married person" because well hey there are certain things I cant do anymore... some people say married life is boring, but I think It's even more boring to be married and by yourself!! Everytime the distance starts getting to me, I have to call him, or go online and play a game or something.. now that I dont have classes tying up my time, cheese it's getting worse... But.. only 24 more days until I see him :)

Distance sucks, but you know what? I feel like being long-distance really helped us to learn how to effectively communicate, and really talk to one another.

That's definitely true. We've learned how to ignore petty things that we probably would have fought about had we had a 'regular' relationship.

I'll be glad when it's all over, though.

It used to bother us a lot more the first few months. We used to think we wouldn't make it, that it was too long for anyone to take, that we'd screw it up at some point.

But after awhile we realized that everytime we had a rough time, we managed to overcome it..... so we'd overcome everything else.

Now we have a lot more fun and every day is a better day.... just because we know that anything that comes (or tries to come) between us will be resolved soon.

The distance still bothers us, of course. But we ended up learning that it's us against it, and not the distance putting us against each other.

well said
