I think I am now the lone September Filer, just put 1500 down on an attorney with fingers crossed that my original date will be honoured. When they submit it (today i believe) they are going to try a few things I didn't even know you could do.

You're not the last, but I'll still be cheering loudly when you're approved! Hey would you mind sharing what your attorney is doing that you didn't know you could do? Maybe it'll help others!

Congrats Mox, about time they blew the dust of your petition.

Thank you! :)

I dont have all the details yet, but basically my petition is going to go to a different address and to the direct attention of a supervisor. They explained all of the mistakes, so it will be for the supervisor to decide. Its sounds like there's probably a 50% chance it will go through and if it doesn't I believe they will be submitting an expedite request.

The firm was recommended to me by my congressman's office, and there going to send a follow up as soon as i get a receipt.

How we doing September filers? Who's still waiting, and are you hanging in there ok?

I am hanging in there by a thread  This exercise in patience is beginning to wear me out, but I guess there is nothing left for me to do but wait. On the brighter side I get to go to Washington for almost 4 weeks in 23 days, so that has to be worth a great big grin :D I am happy for everyone who is getting approved, but I wouldn't be human if I didn't think 'what about me'. Hope you are doing well Mox. Angela xxx

Hi there all,

We are still hanging in there - had a couple of touches last week (due to RFE trick), but no approval through yet.

The person Jo talked to when she used the RFE trick said our petition was with an adjudicator and we should hear something within the next three weeks. Here's hoping it happens quick.

Cheers,

Mark

Good news, at least you're out of the back room and on or near a desk. It shouldn't be long now!
