Hi,

I just checked the status on the delivery for my application and it was received aug 31st... for all those sending it to nebraska service center... how long is it taking to receive the first noa?

hey! uscis got alot of applications that were filed recently so it could take up to 90 days cause of this. if you dont receive it within 90 days from the date you sent it call customer service.

We mailed our I751 packet on August 7, 2007 received August 8, 2007. They have yet to cash the check as of today. Its been over 3 weeks just for that! Going to be a long process I think! We thought we would have our NOA1 by now!

The general trend for those of us that sent our packages to NSC end of July was about three weeks to cash the check and then the NOA1 arrives followed shortly after by the biometrics letter. Seems like the reason for the delay is that the cases are being transferred to CSC which should expedite the approval.

Thanks to all for the guidance and support and speedy processing to all!

Hi, I mailed in my I-751 on August 10, received August 11 (just after you). I also have not had my check cashed yet - still waiting! I did hope it would be a little faster than this, but oh well. Fortunately I don't need to travel out of the country anytime soon!
