If you feel the need to do so or are worried about not getting it correct then by all means go ahead and get a lawyer. I prepared all the stuff myself. Best of luck!

I do not think you need a lawyer.

Just be really careful with the new fee.............

and use the new revised form .....................

We used a lawyer for the first part K1 and AOS he was pretty useless and not friendly ! This part is really easy to do by yourselves.

And reading Visajourney you get ALL OF YOUR ANSWERS !

Good luck

thank you guy u guy awesome and help ful

Still, you probably should hire a lawyer, since you haven't yet mastered the construction

of complex sentences, spelling and basic punctuation.

Just a thought.

The process of removing the condition seems much easier than applying for the first Green Card, so this time I use no attorney. If your case is standard (still together with spouse), you can probably do it yourself. If your case is non-standard, but you don't have much money, you could also critically read a lot on the web or go to a legal immigration center where they help poor people.

Regards,

Peter

I thought that was funny. Harping about grammar I find boring, but not making a joke about it.

It wasn't about grammar. If the guy can't put two sentences together, what makes

you think he's capable of assembling a packet of required documentation forms for

USCIS, which (amongst other things) involves writing cover letters and understanding

the document requirements and instructions?

The guy is a mess (read his other posts) - and obviously needs a lawyer.

I think we need to keep in mind that we are all not the same here. I don't believe we should be critizing someone for their mistakes but should try and help them make an educated decision on how to proceed with their process.

If you follow the guides you should be able to do the I-751 yourself but if you don't feel confident you could seek additional assistance here at VJ or find a professional to assist you. Good luck
