I know that we are far away from interviews/transfers at this stage, but I've seen that some are transferred to CSC and other applications are sent directly to the local USCIS office. And, at least the way I understand it, if your appication is sent to CSC you will most likely not need an interview at all.

So... what criteria determines if your application is sent to CSC or to your local office?

When was it received in Chicago? Your date is not up yet...

I sent it first class mail regular post. I think they recieved it the next day. I did not get a return receipt. They did cash my checks.

Ours was sent out Priority July 20th. The girls at the PO was laughing because I was hugging the envelope like it was precious cargo! Well ya!! LOL We sent I-130, I-485, I-765 and the I-131 Could you add us to the list?
