So, they are processing NOA1s as of 2007-08-14. That's great. I wish all of us the best of luck.

Yes it is all very great!

But so Steve called USCIS this morning to question about adjudication, he asked if the relevant was the date that they "receive" the petition, or the "NOA1 date". And they told him that the relevant is the date that they receive the petition.

(ps. You can find out when they received it when you click on your case status on the USCIS website)

I hope they keep on working on them petitions!

Good luck everyone! ;)

I still can't figure out what the hell is going on. My shipping receipt was dated 7/28, but it says my petition was received on 8/28. I did send to Texas, but not really my fault.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

--July 22---------Sent I-129F packet

--July 27---------Petition received

--August 28------NOA1 issued

--August 31------Arrived in Terrace after lots of flight delays to spend Lindsay's birthday with her

--October 10-----Completed address change online

--January 25-----NOA2 received via USCIS Case Status Online

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

My receive date was 8/16. Does it mean I'm only two days away? Fingers crossed. :)

I know it still early for me to start freaking out about getting the NOA2. But my heart falls into pieces every time I check USCIS for case status and see that same old "case received and pending" message, and that long time ago touch from 8/28/2007.... :clock:

:( This is going to be one of those real though days for me.
