K-1 RFE requested

Hi everyone,

Just got a RFE in the mail for the k1 visa and it mentioned missing pages from 11-12 which were left blank.

My question is do we have to resubmit the whole form or is it just the blank pages?

@appleblossom yes we even sent our engagement party photos, tickets ot visit each other, this is the first page I couldn't upload because of the size

I'm concerned like @appleblossom is because in the picture here, it looks like they are telling you to submit a waiver for not meeting the requirement for having met in person within the 2 years prior to your filing the petition.

@Edward and Jaycel i think this is unrelated? Because we did submit pictures of us meeting physically in the last two years i don't know why they included that paragraph? However the missing page is correct because we left it blank because we didn't know we had to type N/A i guess

Along with the coversheet and entire letter on top as instructed, I would resubmit the whole I-129F along with all the evidence, plus some extra if you have them.

and make sure pages 11-12 have N/A (handwrite it in black ink if the form does not take).

 

Looking back at a copy of our old I-129F, we typed in "NA" where the form took, and handwritten in "NA" where the form did not take.
