How much it cost to file all these forms

Are you not familiar with uscis.gov? If not, time to get very familiar because it has fee calculator and the list of filing fees - https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees

ROC 2009
Naturalization 2010

I know I need two separate I864. we are 3 in family. how do I count household member in I864. total household member is 2 or 3 in I864

It’s not just yourself and who you’re petitioning, this link has details of who you need to include. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/i-864-affidavit-faqs.html#aos6 Looks as though your spouse petitioned parents fairly recently? So they need to be included too.

When does your NIV expire? Remember that being married to a USC doesn’t confer any right to stay in the US on its own, and it’ll take a while to get your green card, so do file in plenty of time.

Also, if you started completing the forms a few months ago do check none of them have been updated since then.

Good luck.
