So I want to include all the blank pages? This seems counterintuitive. Thanks.

It’s the advice given when submitting passports for proof of citizenship — loss of citizenship is noted by the consulate damaging the passport so they like to see it all.

This is different because it’s proof bona fides, but there’s no disadvantage to it and it provides your biography page and shows the evidence being submitted is complete.

My recommendation is to keep it at less than ten pages.  Respond as specifically instructed in your RFE.

You seem highly knowledgeable but I am having trouble reconciling this advice with recommendations to include everything I can which could easily go over 100 pages. Is a reasonable way to approach it to have a 10 page or less response with some images and attachments but include and reference more voluminous attachments? For example perhaps two pages of pictures with me and her family but reference an attachment with a greater number of pictures? Thank you for your help.

I have found 5 out of 6 actual boarding passes, I am missing my boarding pass from my return home the second trip. I do have an e-ticket they must have printed at the airport, it's on that type of boarding pass card stock. And I have a qr code boarding pass image saved on my phone. I remember my flight got cancelled that day and they moved me onto the next flight out. Not sure if it's better to include or omit that e-ticket and qr code boarding pass saved on my phone. Thanks.

I am trying to wrap my head around how to use information from Air B&B in my RFE response.

I have like 25 stays in my past trips. Many of them are consecutive stays at the same units. A few of them were rooms I got for her brother and sister.

They have a get pdf for visa purposes link, and the pdf this generates shows the dates, the amount paid, a confirmation code, and the guest names (Although you just type that in yourself when you go to request the pdf) . . . . . Should I generate 20 some of these and include them? I could also take a screenshot of the past trips page.

Thanks again for the help.

ChatGPT suggests that I include a screenshot of my past trips screen and a table summary I make myself with the dates and confirmation codes, basically all the limited info the pdf's for visa purposes contain and then also to include 6-8 of the 1 page pdf's Air B&B generates. Is that a reasonable way to proceed?

Thanks.

ChatGPT

[gro-o-o-oan]  Wait for others here to confirm, amend, or poopoo anything that ChatGPT ever says.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I am also wondering if I should include screenshots of the chats with Air B&B hosts where I provided both my wife's and my passport, you can see them in the screenshot. That seems to me like better evidence than the pdfs Air B&B provides. I guess I am getting obsessive with this but I want to try to get it right. Thanks so much.

1) Do not listen to ChatGPT; immigration proceedings are the last place you should use GenAI because there’s so much bad info out there for it to summarize

2) You are overthinking this, which is the main reason why I (and I’m assuming @OldUser as well) told you to scan the entire passport — That way you don’t think yourself into doing too much or to little. Just do it and add brief explanation page noting where the stamps showing your entry into the Philippines are and what dates they correspond to and that you were staying in the country with her. It should literally be “I scanned my passport for completeness. I was in the Philippines on the dates listed below staying with my wife. The passport page of the exit and entry stamp are noted beside the trip date.” Keep it simple.

3) texts with Airbnb hosts aren’t useful. Airbnb will give you a receipt with guest names during the stay, but I don’t think they do it after the stay is complete.

4) Re: photos, have a handful that correspond to each trip. With other people is better

I still have my receipts and printouts from the Philippines Bureau of Immigration from visa extensions. Is that good to include in my response?

I sent those with my original filing. I think those would help for sure!
