How can I know which Consulate or Embassy to write in this section? Can I just put the one closest to where we live and then it will be up to them to determine where we'll ultimately need to go for appointments?

We live in Italy close to Milan but my understanding is that the Milan Consulate does not provide any services related to immigration so any appointments would likely be in Naples or possibly Rome. Any recommendations on what I should enter into these fields?

Thanks for any help!

Be sure to enter Not Applicable in the adjustment of status space.
