Hello All,

I am back in the U.S. with full domicile, and gainfully employed. I have 3 paycheck stubs thus far, and I am well above the poverty line to sponsor my husband.   My husband's appointment is October 27th.  I am filling out a new I864, to show my new income.  Do I have to send this wet ink signed document to my husband?  I left all other original documents with him when I left Honduras, but wondering if I can send him this new I864 in pdf form for him to print or if I should send him the original.

Should I try to remove the joint sponsor?  Will they do this the day of his appointment when they see I make enough income now?

Thank you!

You need 3 years of good earnings evidenced by tax returns. Sounds like you still need a joint sponsor. Also are there any kids to be included?

No 3 years is not needed. It is based on current income.

No, your spouse does not need a wet signature.  As scan of the same signed form you upload will do.  Yes, I would remove the joint sponsor.
