I think I missed my self up and the withdrawal letter is received by USCIS  and they says it cant be reversed

Yes, sincerely think that you messed yourself up by asking the withdrawal of your initial N-400, because the always wait for you to reach the 3 before calling you for anything.

Not necessarily. When you say you got your GC on 8/26/22, is that when you entered on your immigrant visa? Or did you enter on your IV earlier than that/get your green card through AoS and therefore live with your spouse before that date?

Cannot file 90 days early of 3 years of marital union. This is what @ManefMelissa probably means and it was correct not to proceed.

While one can file 90 days early of 3 year anniversary of being LPR, this doesn't apply to marital union. One has to be living together with US citizen spouse for 3+ years on date of N-400 filing.

It's true, I don't see any problems. You still met the 90 days early filing criteria.

I got my Green on the 31st of August 2022. My 90 days early filing was due on the June 2nd 2025.

I summited my application on June 8th and everything is going perfectly well. So I don't see that you did any mistake from what you are saying.

I will be clocking exactly 3 years of green Card this coming August 31st.

Because it's going ok doesn't mean it will be approved if you don't meet eligibility criteria. Did you live with US citizen spouse at same address for 3+ years on day you filed for N-400

Not meeting marital union criteria at the time of filing is not a minor mistake, cannot be corrected and leads to denial of N-400. One can refile when eligible.

No we were married on 03/14/2020 abroad starting living with my wife under one roof since 08/26/2025

Then you did the right thing withdrawing, you weren't eligible to file yet.

Best of luck with the second application.

And did you enter the US on that visa on 26th August 2022 and start living with your spouse then, or get your GC on that date and start living with them earlier? If the former, you were right to withdraw your application.

Got my green card on 08/26/2025 and start living my wife since that day

How so?  USCIS allows for 90 day early filing which opened for the OP in late May 2025 based on an IR1 entry date of 8/26/2022.  By the time an interview occurred, the OP would have passed 3 yrs.
