Hello everyone! I am about to file my N400 application marriage based with a pending i751. I've read some posts that you need to submit at least 3 years of evidence just like the i751 requirements. Below are my questions. Any advise will be much appreciated.

1 How do i upload the bank statements, do i upload each month like how i saved it in my phone from the banks app? Like 36 uploads if its for 3 years bank statements? And we actually have 2 banks.

2 How do i convert photos to jpeg from IOS since its all HEIF and how do i upload it online? And how do i put labels on our photos since its now online unlike with paper in which you can put a description. And do i upload it one by one too? Like 1 file name for every photo?

Thank you very much in advance!

1. Sure, unless you hit some limit in online form. Then you can combine few PDF into one file if too many files for the system.

2. Use Google Sheet or something similar. Past 3 pics per page with description. All photos can be in one file. Then export it to PDF

It's generally recommended that you do quarterly bank statements instead of monthly as it's sufficient but that is up to you.

As for technical how-to's, you can learn this on your own w/ a google search and youtube.

Oct 2022 - Married

Jan 2023 - Filed AOS packet

Feb 2023 - Biometrics

July 2023 - Greened (no interview)

May 2025 - ROC filed

Recommended by whom? I recommend the opposite - monthly statements. The lawyers I worked with on my AOS and I-751 recommended monthly over quarterly statements. I-751 instructions specifically ask for as much documents establishing bonafide marriage as possible.

With online submission, there'S even nothing to print. So argument that it's expensive etc does't work. Just clicking the button to upload files

Yeah we have a lot of bank statements since we have 2 banks. Im just not yet familiar with the uploading online that's what im trying to figure out yet. I can do one upload per month and it will be times 2 for 2 banks, so it will be 72 uploads for the bank statements. I can do it im just not sure if its okay. Like 1 file name per month?
