my sisters oldest is 24 years but I think she is protected under cspa

could someone help me with calculations.

Approval Date March 12, 2010

Visa bulletin date at 01/01/08

i haven’t finished ceac fees so have no dq date.

PD is someways out and she has already aged out

Even if the PD was current now (they’ve probably still got another few years to go), then she’d have aged out as their I-130 only took 16 months to be approved - 24 years minus 16 months gives you age 22, so definitely aged out.
