Where is my NOA2????????????????? I am so sad and lonely and depressed :crying::crying: If I don't get my NOA2 next week some time, I'm flying over there and we're getting married. I just can't stand being apart from my fiancee. Doesn't USCIS realize we NEED to be with our loved ones and that they are violating my consitutional rights by forcing us to be apart?

I know how you feel and it really irks me when everyone around her celebrates getting their NOAs. I wish they would stop because I should be the first one to get my noa since I havnt heard from USCIS for days!

omg u wouldn't know what it's like waiting for your noa2. i've been waiting for weeks and you got it in 10 days from vsc.

'and ive waited 10 days longer than YOU , therefore this thread is about ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! none of you know how this feels to wait 10 days more!! DO YOU DO YOU? NO so dont even pretend to understand ME!!!

UMMMM, EXCUSE ME PLEASE, BUT I MUST REMIND YOU THAT THIS POST IS ABOUT ME! No one else.

omg u got your noa2 from vsc in 5 days so u don't know what it's like

no one knows wat it's like 2b separated from ur loved 1, it's so unfair that uscis has to make us stay apart 4 dis long, all we want to do is b2gether :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

My brother wants to come to the USA to live here. He was denied a visitors visa, so I told him to try for K-1 visa. Does anyone know where I can find a girl over here willing to petition him as K-1? You won't have to get married, just get him into the country.

My fiancee arrived yesterday and it's not going to work out - I actually got a bit muddled with the paperwork and filed for Girl A when it was actually Girl B (Girl A's cousin) I'd decided to bring to the US. I didn't realise my mistake until I went to get her at the airport - they look pretty similar.

Two questions:

1) To save time, can I file for Girl B now, even though Girl A is still here?

2) My neighbour thinks Girl A is pretty hot - since she got her visa and everything, can I just pass her over to him and let him marry her?

Thanks for your help.

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I had a web chat with my fiancee today and I asked her to pan the camera. I was surprised to see she was sitting on the lap of a strange man. She assured me it was her cousin because they only have one chair in the house. Is this normal?

YMMV

my fiance got a blue slip of paper after her interview.

does this mean we can't be together anymore?
