Hi - we got our K1 petition approved on April 8th and a notice that our petition was forwarded to NVC, but have still not received a welcome letter from the NVC till date (as of June 6th). We sent an email to NVC 30 days after the approval, and they said to reach back after 60 days. It's been 60 days and we still have not heard anything.

Is anyone else experiencing similar delays?

Which consulate?  NVC does not really do anything with an I129F package other than route it to the specific consulate, but it can be held up there depending on the consulate workload.

we haven't heard anything from the NVC - the first step is they send a letter saying the case was created and forward the petition. We haven't received that letter yet after 60 days of the i797 petition approval.

This is why I asked about the consulate as NVC will only trigger that if the specific consulate can take on the workload.

Please complete your timelines. Did you use email inquiry for nvc to see if case number has been created?

Did you do an email inquiry or did you use the public inquiry website? If you do the email inquiry the NVC will NOT give you case details. Make a public inquiry using the link below. Use the attachment function to attach your I-129F approval notice. Ask for your case number. Then in the same inquiry ask them to update your casefile with yours and your fiancé(e)'s email addresses and give them your current email addresses. This will ensure that they and the embassy has both of your email addresses correct in the file

I am in the same situation, got our approval on April 18th, and still not arrived at NVC, done both a public inquery and a mail question to the NVCResearch e-mail, awaiting response still from our repeat question after 60 days, but you're not alone in this situation OP, seems alot of folks with NOA2s after April 8th has yet to get their NVC notices :)
