I got the letter from USCIS saying my fiance from the Philippines has been approved, now it says she has to do the interview and medical.  Do we have to schedule that or do they schedule that and they will notify us when it is done.  Is all that done in Manila or can she do it in Cebu. She is closer to Cebu than Manila.

only Manila does K-1 visa interviews

 

your fiance will end up scheduling the interview and medical herself.

 

but you still have a anywhere from 4-10 weeks before your case makes it to the embassy in Manila.

Is DHL the carrier who transports approval paper work to US Embassy in Manila once a week?

 

Isn't there a hack to track your case to find out when it is the weekly batch being sent to Manila for USA?
