FBI Sources Alleged Biden Stopped Burisma Investigation 'To Protect The Interests Of Hunter,' New Docs Show

While he was vice president, Joe Biden stepped onto taxpayer-funded Air Force 2, traveled to Ukraine, and conducted personal business with Ukraine's then-President Petro Poroshenko. He was there "to protect the interests of Hunter Biden," according to documents released Tuesday by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the oversight of the FBI.

The new documents strengthen the information in previously released records.  Last Congress, Grassley released FBI 1023 records — statements from confidential sources — alleging that when Biden was vice president, executives for Ukrainian gas company Burisma put his son Hunter Biden on the company's board of directors to "protect us through his dad, from all kinds of problems," according to that "confidential human source."

Burisma wanted to do business in the United States, but was facing a corruption investigation in Ukraine, led by then-Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

"Regarding that investigation's impact on its ambitions in North America, Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky reportedly said, 'Don't worry Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.'  Zlochevsky reportedly stated that he had to pay $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden, an arrangement he described as 'poluchili,' which is Russian crime slang for being "forced or coerced to pay," according to the document declassified in 2023.  [...]

Not Only Tulsi:  Three Members of Congress Also Spied On In Quiet Skies Program

 

Ahead of Tuesday hearings on the subject, the Senate's Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC) obtained documents showing three members of Congress, all Republicans, were followed under the TSA's just-discontinued Quiet Skies program, which became infamous last summer when whistleblowers revealed bomb-sniffing dogs and Air Marshals were assigned to follow former Hawaii Congresswoman and future National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard.

 

The members' names have not yet been publicly released, but they were turned over to the Committee by the Department of Homeland Security, along with "TSA" notes explaining how they ended up on the list.  Two of the three members made it onto the list before being elected, but as the Committee notes, "a cursory review would have revealed them to be a member of Congress, or a decorated U.S. veteran or service member."  [...]

Joe Biden's cognitive struggles during his presidency weren't just visible in his frequent stumbles and gaffes.  Fox News Digital obtained five "palm cards" through a National Archives investigation into autopen use, and these cards reveal something far more concerning: Biden apparently needed cheat sheets just to remember high-profile Democrats like Hillary Clinton and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer were, complete with their job titles.

These weren't your typical talking points either.  We're talking about hand-sized note cards that literally showed photos of people Biden should have known without thinking twice.  For example, these "palm cards" featured pictures and mini-biographies of Hillary Clinton, who served as Secretary of State during the Obama-Biden administration, along with Denzel Washington, chef José Andrés, and philanthropist David Rubenstein.  Four of the five cards came stamped with "PRESIDENT HAS SEEN," suggesting that someone made sure Biden actually looked at them beforehand.  [...]
