Today I noticed on May 23rd, our case updated to "Biometrics Scheduled and Notice Sent"! Waiting for our date in the mail. We are closest to the Anchorage, AK office.

Awesome, you can actually check the date in your documents tab on the website since they upload mailed NOAs there as well.

I sent my SO's package in on May 2nd, it was delivered May 9th to Chicago lockbox.. Haven't heard anything back yet!
Will update here and our timeline.

Seems I messed up and used an old edition of I-485 .. whomp whomp. All others forms were good but rejected due to the mishap.

Filled the latest edition out and mailed out all the forms again on May 29th. (I-485, I-765, I-864, I-131)

Wasn't expecting this so soon, we only got married like over a month ago so I won't have a huge amount of evidence. Also, I'm uncertain if we'll need to do a medical exam here, my wife did hers overseas before the embassy interview and has the completed vaccination sheet which we submitted with the I-485 but I know there's some weird thing with Polio which was marked "not age appropriate" on her vaccination sheet. So idk if we should schedule a medical appointment now or if we're good with just the vaccination record for the AOS interview

If the Polio was marked "Not Age Appropriate" and she had her medical exam after 5/1/2024, that is incorrect and you should go make an appointment with a civil surgeon to get it done. Jaycel's friend had her interview this week and had the same blanket waiver for Polio and she got an RFE at the interview.

Ugh that's so lame. Is the partial I-693 enough or should we just do the full medical? Also once we do it should we upload it to the USCIS site as well as bring it to the interview?

If you can find a civil surgeon that will do just the vaccine assessment portion then you are eligible for that. There's even a checkbox on the first page of the I-693 that you check to indicate your eligibility for this. A lot of CS will not do it though I am finding out and likely we will end up having to get Jaycel the full physical. You cannot upload it because the CS office will return the I-693 to you in a sealed envelope to take with you to USCIS. Make sure you don't break the seal

Awesome! I think we got really lucky lol. Will we even get an EAD at this point? We concurrently filed the I-765 but idk if they'll bother doing the work auth with an interview pending...

That's a good question and I have a similar thought. I filed and paid for the I-131, wanting to take her out of the country in anticipation of the green card taking some time.
I don't know what to think now.

Did the medical today, not only did my wife not get the Polio vaccine at the overseas medical for the K1 like she was supposed to, she also didn't get the right tetanus shot there (needed t-d-p but only got t-d) SMH...

Really dumb that this wasn't taken care of at the overseas but we didn't know at the time. But whatever, we're getting the sealed I-693 in a few days and now we won't have to worry about a medical RFE at the interview at least. Fee ended up being $270 plus vaccines (we did them at the exam) were $130 at the clinic we went to.
