Have you tried getting your congressman to ask on your behalf? That may be worth a shot.

Yes, it was through this link only. I don't know how much weight congressmen have in these matters. Some folks have tried that in the past with negligible results. 

 

My uscis page is now saying "Estimated time until your case decision: 10 Months". That puts it in July 2026. I filed the I-90 in November 2023. So it will be 34 months from the I-90 filing date. Wonder it has taken this long for anybody?

My GC expired in the May 2024 and the I-797 I received gives me extension only till May 2026 (24 months). Has anybody contacted them for a 36 months extension letter?
