Don't worry! Interview is an opportunity to correct answers.

You can prepare an errata sheet. It's a simple page with a table on it: form name, part number, question number, current answer, corrected answer.

Let officer know before interview you have corrections to make and give them your errata sheet.

That's it.

You can do what's called an "Errata Sheet" where you take a piece of paper and list the Part number, and the Item Number on the application that you made the mistake on, list the correct answer and give an explanation. Hand that to the ISO at the start of the interview. It will be ok... people make mistakes quite often which is why there is something that exists called an "Errata Sheet" :)

I have a question then. Does that mean you need to file the AOS in the 90 days as well before the K1 expires?

There is no requirement that you do, however if you don't, you are here in the country with no status and also no AOS pending. Having an AOS pending puts you into a quasi-legal status of "Authorized Stay" while the AOS is being processed

it is highly recommended to do so, but it is not the end of the world if you can't

it is a very short timeline to get married and gather all of the required paperwork for AOS all within the 90 days

many people don't file within the 90 days. thats why overstays for spouses of US citizens are almost always forgiven.

as EdwardandJaycel said, you have no status until you file AOS, which leaves you at risk for removal from the country

I see. I had to refile my AOS due to a filing mistake on my part but I would assume the date they say they received it would be the cutoff for the 90 days.

Still stressing about everything since we have a vacation coming up and I do have everything I need in case someone does ask just with everything going on and with all the constant changes I still worry.
Trying to stay positive at the moment. ❤️

Should be fine... EAD is a "Real ID" so you can use that for TSA at the airport. Jaycel and I did a flight from CO to FL and that's what she used. There were zero issues. She also brought her passport with her and a copy of the receipt notice for the I-485 to show she has an application pending. Never needed it, but we wanted to have it just in case she was questioned.
