There are some interesting rumours about Mrs Starmer, seems she has had enough, MSM seem to be ignoring.

 

And of course Harry... Turned on the local TV and there he was this morning, complaining as usual. Hey if you have an issue with you Dad speak to him, do not go on TV.

King Charles Undercuts Canada's Sovereignty While Trying to Affirm It

 

By all accounts, King Charles III's major address on Tuesday in Ottawa was meant to be a rebuke to Donald Trump and all his taunts about Canada becoming a 51st state if it had to depend on money from the U.S. in order to survive.  Yet when Charles finally delivered his highly anticipated address, he ended up undercutting Canadian sovereignty more than supporting it.


Letting Trump have it was the whole point of Charles' trip: AP reported Friday that Charles was "coming to Canada to deliver a message: Canada is a sovereign nation distinct from the United States.  U.S. President Donald Trump's repeated suggestion that the U.S. annex its northern neighbor prompted new Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney to invite Charles to give the speech from the throne on Tuesday where he will lay out the Canadian government's agenda when Parliament reopens."


Yeah, this was really a great idea from the beginning: show Orange Man Bad that you're a sovereign state by reminding the world that you're a part of an international conglomeration of former British colonies under the sovereignty of the English king.  But when he actually spoke on Tuesday, Charles made it even worse.  [...]

If Trump really wants Canada to become the 51st state, wouldn't it be the best troll ever if he started negotiations with the Algonquin Anishinaabeg people rather than talking with Mark Carney?  And offer them, say, $1 billion for the land and some cool real estate here in the U.S.  What if they said "yes"?  Needs to happen.  :lol:

Britain's Crackdown on Speech Proves That We Were Right to Fight

 

We may be more technologically advanced in the 21st century, but tyranny has not evolved — it's still awful.  Before our independence, colonists were subject to severe penalties for obscure crimes.  If you said something less than flattering about a monarch, then you would have been taxed, jailed, or executed, depending on how cantankerous the judge was feeling that day.  If a British soldier accused you of mocking the king, his best buddy would back him up, a sham trial would have commenced, and you would be off to prison within 24 hours.


The United States of America exists today because a generation of brave and principled people decided our rights come from God, not government.  They took up arms (and pens), united against oppression, and broke up with Britain.  You'd think after that ordeal (and losing to France) that the British would have done a bit of self-reflecting to determine where they went wrong and make at least some changes.


That's a negative, Ghost Rider; they did not.
