As a K-1 applicant, you can opt out of any and all vaccines overseas. You just need to let them know you'll handle it at AOS medical. Then, when you're in the US, file the I-601 waiver for vaccines as part of your AOS

Hello!

May i know if anyone here has tried applying for K1 visa whose beneficiary isnt vaccinated?

Filipina here, unvaccinated.

Thank you for your insights in advance.

My K1 beneficiary had her medical at a 3rd country and did not have any vaccination record with her at the time.

So the doctor assumed she was unvaccinated. She agreed with a small battery of vaccine shots, and requested a copy of the medical form DS-3025 from the doctor.

While waiting for the AOS, we received the infamous I-693 Courtesy Email of 2023. So we went ahead with the I-693 medical where the US Civil Surgeon wanted to see the copy of the DS-3025. From the DS-3025, the doctor recommended another missing vaccine, which we agreed to complete the I-693.
