Hi,

Received my text message on the 14th at 3:32AM. Yes, AM. I just checked again.  

 

Still haven't gotten the actual letter in the mail, only have the upload to my uscis account. Also 25 pages of evidence from my package were uploaded there.

Just checked the portal and I see a "case was received" message with my receipt number (starting with IOE). Packet was received on the 20th.

Thanks! Generally getting the receipt number electronically seems to happen very quickly.

Actually didn't get text yet, saw the update in the portal around 5pm

Sometimes text message never comes. Either it's a problem on USCIS side or carriers block it as suspicious message etc.

Delivered: 20 Feb 2024

 

And today on 22 Feb 2024, I checked USCIS portal it says received. I haven't receive any text yet.
