Is this an NoA2 approval?

I jumped on the website this morning and saw this. It doesn't say approval and doesn't look like the same notices that I see other people post. And I've gotten no email or text message. So is this a Noa2 or not?

That is usually the second update after the petitio  has been approved by the USCIS, and forwarded to DoS. Congratulations!

From now on USCIS will have no info on the case as its on the way to NVC

in about 2 months + or -  ,  NVC will email the new embassy coded case # with instructions to pay the 2 fees and complete the I 864 and ds 260

to follow the case thereafter ,   u can log into

things might have speed up but some take longer 

if u are in the "slow grocery line ,  expect the clerk to be slow"
