Evidence about your child(ren)

Upload documentation of your parental relationship to each child. Make sure the text is readable. This may include the following:

  • Birth certificate
  • Court order naming you as the child’s parent
  • Final adoption certificate or decree

While filling app my N400 I came across this complicated question. My wife and I are together and I started a process for them to come to US to life together I'm not a child support and I provide everything for them and I even see them every 6 month after out child was born. should I skip this question or I have to provide answer?

Topic moved from General Immigration discussion to US Citizenship forum. Please keep any further questions on N-400 in THIS thread ONLY. We do not allow separate threads on each and every new question in regards to filling out a form.

Not sure what you mean about skipping this.  You and your wife have children, they need to be listed on the N400 form, and evidence showing your parental relationship which is usually a birth certificate if a natural child.
