Hey guys I’m new here and I need advices.
My wife has her interview next week but we have a problem to get her police certificate from Tunisia we applied and it's been almost a month but so far nothing any information about her application. I emphasize that she has not lived in Tunisia anymore for three year. But she has already obtained her police certificate from her country of origin. I'd like to know if this is not going to be a problem for her? Does she have a chance to get her visa? Thank you guys

I doubt interviewer is going to bend the rules. If police certificate is needed, it's needed.

Just delay matters until it is supplied.

It appears that unless you were born in Tunisia or currently living there, no police report is available to you.  Not available = Not required.

Registration Criteria:  A combined police and prison record is available to:

Nationals of Tunisia;

Foreigners born in Tunisia; and

Foreigners presently residing in Tunisia

Exceptions:  The Tunisian authorities do not issue police records to former foreign residents, unless they were born in Tunisia. In the case of a former foreign resident not born in Tunisia, the Tunisian authorities transmit any criminal record or other derogatory information to authorities with jurisdiction over the foreigner's birthplace.
