Waiting for a NOA2 from CSC for your I-129F?

I know I'm not in your situation and I know the waiting is hard... but right now, when we filed the idea was people would be approved in 90 days - I am sure it was meant to be like that for a lot of people...

Unfortunately it's not...

An RFE is a bit of a bummer I must say... it does delay the process a bit - but your file *is* being processed. That means providing the evidence that is requested isn't something insanely difficult to arrange, onece you get it sent back you can expect your next contact to be an approval

I was dreading an RFE when I first filed - now I would quite welcome one

But it´s not always so easy...Byron sent his reply like 2 weeks ago and still hasn´t heard from them...and when he calls they are just mostly rude to him and tell him nothing Better keep praying for a speedy approval than an RFE

I also send the RFE back on Sep. 27 and still dont have my approval. When we call the will say that we are still in the 60 days time frame. We really need to be praying for a speey approval.

we haven't been to Aus together yet - well, even I have only been there once, in the last three years - but we plan to... he'll finally get to meet my parents then too

time frame goes: NOA2 -> interview -> leave the UK, after shipping stuff to US -> I arrive in Aus -> two weeks later he arrives in Aus -> two weeks later we fly on to the US

we'll see how much of that occurs; as the saying goes: people make their plans, but God has the last word

oh cool..our time frame goes: I fly to cz in 2 days or so ...he comes to stay with me we don´t know when (choices are Nov, Dec, Jan ..don´t know about that...shouldn´t we be getting married?)...interview before, after or during...only God knows...2008 we get married and stay local

I know; my SO and I love to travel (even in only a total of four times together, we have been in Canada, UK, USA, France and the Czech Republic ), and now we'll be stuck there for however long... I keep saying 'when I get my parole', and you can HEAR him wince; he's always so apologetic about what he terms 'my stupid government'

been to Prague four times, Cesky Krumlov twice (15 years apart! which makes me feel a damn sight older than I'd like ), and Roketnice (spelling?) once, where I learned to ski

also driven about a bit - as a passenger, so am less sure of exact places... drove from Roketnice to Prague with two German friends on New Year's Day, 1997... THAT was an adventure

yeah, I feel pretty at home in Europe; I'm more than a bit apprehensive about how that's going to work out, when I move to the States...

my other forum is where I met my fiancé

along with a whole load of other friends...

and we change our names ALL THE TIME; occasionally we get into silly moods and then the name changes happen every few minutes; it can be tricky to keep up

FAR fewer people than here though, so we all know each other pretty well
