I-129F Delivered no NOA1

I’m sorry for posting this as I’m sure it’s been posted countless times, but how long does it take them to process the package to send the NOA1 and process payment?

No NOA1, no payment withdrawal, nothing. Again, sorry if this is a redundant question, just having a hard time not hearing anything and expecting the worst.

If you are freaking out after just a week of silence then the wait for approval will give you an ulcer.  Just relax.

not sure if the difference in lockbox locations matter, but I believe it varies. I know someone that it took about two weeks to be notified. Some even longer. Patience will help you throughout this entire journey.

There is only one lockbox location for the i129f.

Yeah my freaking out is not knowing if I missed something on the sheet, or if I sent it to the wrong place or some other plethora of issues like not dotting an I or crossing a T that could delay the process. After I know they actually received it I’ll be much more relieved.

Unfortunately I still haven’t heard a thing. To say anxiety is going insane would be an understatement. Hoping to hear something this week. Just wanting to be with my person already.

At what point should I start to be concerned about no NOA1? It’s been a month now and I’ve yet to receive anything. No money withdrawn, nothing.

You can contact Lockbox support but there are certain conditions, here’s what DHS says:

@Michaell P If it makes you feel any better, I'm in the same boat. Application was mailed on November 7, and I received a notice that the case was received on November 10th. My payment was processed, however, I have not received the NOA1.  

 

I figure there was a slow down of processing during the Thanksgiving holiday, but I'm really hoping to get the NOA1 soon!  

 

Is your payment still not processed? The fact that mine was, gives me some solace that the application wasn't lost and that it was opened at least.
