November 2023 N-400 Filers

My lawyer submitted my application on 11/28/23 by mail. Here is the latest update:

Your item has been delivered and is available at a PO Box at 6:45 am on December 3, 2023 in DALLAS, TX 75266.
 

When do I and/or my lawyer expect to get the USCIS Account Acceptance Notice? Or whatever notice they send to us?

My lawyer filed by mail on 11/28/23. To Dallas PO Box.  Nothing yet.

Did you get that update via your mail tracking number ? 

I don't have any updates neither. I think it will take like usual, 2 weeks to get the Notice of action with our case number

Yes, I posted it. That was the last update from USPS. I am assuming it was delivered to their PO Box. So someone from USCIS will get it. We probably have to wait about 3 weeks to get the mail. That is what my lawyer said.

I got today my NOA stating they have re-used my biometrics and are actively reviewing my application.

 

N-400 filed: 11/29/2023

NOA: 12/06/2023

Biometrics: 12/06/2023

My lawyer nor I have received anything in the mail. It was mailed on 11/28/23. My last Biometric was in November 2017 for AOS.

I just saw on my USPS informed delivery that I'm getting mail from USCIS today, I'm at work and can't be until this evening. I received the receipt and biometrics plus a notice how to open a USCIS account and track my case so I have no clue what this mail can be ... Anyone had a similar situation?

i received my biometrics appointment notification exactly 1 month after submitting the N-400 online.

Thank you for your reply, Now I Am a little confused about understanding it. Did your biometrics reused or did you get the letter for a biometrics appointment? 

 

You said, "If you didn’t receive a notice that your biometrics will be reused, I assume they’ll schedule you for an appointment. That’s what happened to me."   Did you get your N-400 interview scheduled without a biometrics appointment? 

 

It's almost 20 days now since I submitted N-400 online but no letter i have received for biometrics. Worried I am

My wife submitted the form N-400 on Nov 28th.

On Dec 3rd, she received the message for the "Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled". Not by email neither by mail. It was a message in the USCIS website.

The date of the appointment is Dec 20th.

 

My suggestion is not wait for any letter, but to check in USCIS website as well.

Same here. It shows in my informed delivery as well today. Awesome.

 

I will get to my mailbox later.

I have 2 USCIS accounts from 2 different websites from 2017. Would that work?
