my then fiancee and I are now married. just mailed her AOS package. she already has her SSN. shes working on getting her Drivers Lic. she has been here with me in the US for over a month now.

I'd like to ask about when is the earliest I can follow up on her 14 yr old son (as a K2)? and where do I start?

The only restriction is that the Visa must be issued within one year of the K1, other than that you may apply when ready.  The starting point is the DS160.
