Have your titers done now by your family doctor or local clinic.  It will show what immunities you have in a format you can present so you aren't stuck doing ALL required vaccines.  Otherwise, no proof of immunization = redoing all immunizations.

What if I do not have a copy of my immunization record? Will I still pass the medical?

If you are fine with repeating immunizations, SLEC Manila will provide all the required vaccinations, except for COVID vaccines.  No extra cost, as the cost of all vaccinations are already included with the SLEC visa medical standard fee.
