Hi, everyone. I hope somebody  can help me. I am Naturalized citizen 6 years ago and when I applied my US Passport - I also applied my minor son by that time at the USPS. I remember they took my son's 10 years Green card. My question is: Can I still apply  N-600 for my minor (17 years old son- now) WITHOUT the 10 years GREEN CARD? Please help-

I believe you can, but I will defer to @Mike E.  Reading through the instructions of the N600, since your son already has a US Passport, I do not believe the GC copy is required as the LPR status was already established on the passport application.

Good Luck!

On ours I just put a note that the green card was returned to USCIS via the State Department when we applied for the passport. I think I did include a photo copy that I had just in case.  I don't think that was necessary though as they should have the document.

My wife came to the US on an F1 visa about 10 years ago.
