February, 06: Sent I-129f package to the US to be routed to Vermont

February, 09: I-129f forwarded to Vermont USCIS from US Home

February, 12: I-129f arrives VSC :) Journey really starts!

February, 13: NOA1 Reciept date

February, 16: VSC Cashes the check

March, 09: NOA2 Email. yay!

March, 11: Touched... Probably for the last time at VSC :)

March, 14: NVC Recieved package

March, 15: NVC Sent package to London

March, 20: Package recieved in London

March, 28: Packet 3 recieved!

April, 2: Packet 3 Sent back to London

April, 10: Packet 3 recieved by London Embassy

April, 17: Packet 4 recieved

May, 1: Medical

May, 29: Interview! - APPROVED

June, 1: Visa in Hand

July 18: Fly back together POE

July, 24: Legally married!

July 27: Filed for AOS

July 30: AOS recieved in Chiacgo

August 24: NOA1 for EAD, AP and AOS

September 15: Real Marriage with friends and family

September 18: Biometrics

October 3: EAD card production ordered!

October 11: EAD card in hand!

October 15: Case forwarded to California!

Nov, 08: Card production ordered! AWESOME

Nov, 15: Green Card Recieved (even though it's yellow)! AWESOME

OK...where do I look to see if I can find anything on my case???

Filed July 26 and it was received Chicago lockbox July 28. Still don't know if our cheque has been cashed. Maybe someone could add us to the big list... :):):)

Oct 1/09 - I-751 package sent

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

Never been this happy when our issued checks cleared, not until today. After almost a month of waiting, finally checks were cashed. At least now, I can stop worrying that we can pay the new fee if they will return it. I was being eaten by that idea in the past 2 weeks...LOL..Hubby was positive tho that we won't... Hope to receive the biometrics schedule the soonest!

Happy for you sis! :thumbs: I see they started working on July 30 receipt date. :dance: I hope our check will be cashed to sometime this week. We just checked it awhile back and still nothing. We'll check back this Friday because I don't want to be disappointed again upon hearing the same "zero transaction today". ;)

Thank you sis! I am indeed very happy when I got a call from my husband from work that our checks were cashed ( we sent separate checks for I-485 and biometrics).

Just arrived from checking our mailbox and I got my NOA1 dated August 24. It was a double good news today sis.

I understand what you feel sis, I felt that way too before I heard anything from them. Sis, just cheer up! :D I know yours is next, if its not tomorrow, am sure it will be within this week.

Your "A" number is not what you need to check online status (besides the "A" number should match the one on your K-1)... You need your case number which is MSCxxxxxxxxxx

OK weird thing. I just checked our mail. My daughters rec'd letters for appts for biometrics for Sept 11. Now I have not rec'd mine. Gosh I hope I get it really soon!!!! The biometrics appt is a 7 hour drive from home. I'm hoping I will get my letter tomorrow with the same day....it wouldn't make sense if not...good grief.

BTW...guess you can show a partial update on me for biometrics for my girls on the 11..!!! lol

OK weird thing. I just checked our mail. My daughters rec'd letters for appts for biometrics for Sept 11. Now I have not rec'd mine. Gosh I hope I get it really soon!!!! The biometrics appt is a 7 hour drive from home. I'm hoping I will get my letter tomorrow with the same day....it wouldn't make sense if not...good grief.

BTW...guess you can show a partial update on me for biometrics for my girls on the 11..!!! lol

My wild guess is you will receive it before this week ends, hopefully. I know someone who filed also before the fee increase, she was worried too coz her daughter's appt letter arrived first but in 2 days, hers was already in the mail.

May 2007 - arrived in Texas

June 2007 - our "big day"

November 2007 - 2-yr GC received

December 2009 - 10-yr GC received

Citizenship by next year!!!!

Sent AOS package 7/25, No receipt notices but I just had my biometrics today,

Anyone else had this happen?

Doesn't seem to make much sense to me.... :help:
