hey there,

my fiance in the US changed his home address (NOT his mailing address)

do i need to notify nvc or uscis? my case is currently at nvc

if so, how do i go about notifying them?

asking because i dont know whether to put the new address in my ds160 and i134

or should i just notify them during the interview?

thanks a lot,

michelle

will the officer see that as inconsistency during the interview? should i be providing that information during the interview or prior and report it to nvc?

My fiancee and I had no dealings with NVC for her K-1 process. I see no way to involve NVC in an address change.

No issue with petitioner moving residences in the US at any time during the process.  Just provide the updated address info on the DS-160 and I-134, as mentioned above.  No need to inform USCIS nor NVC.
