Received a German Doctor Fee for VDRL test after medical exam was completed

Medical exam was completed by my spouse. Results sent to the embassy, she was issued her visa. 
 

We paid the doctor with a credit card during the medical exam but today we received an invoice specifically for the VDRL test. 
 

Has anyone had this happen in Germany?

Never heard that somebody had to pay something extra than the fee that was due at the exam day. Best bet would probably to ask the doctor. Maybe the invoice was a mistake or one of the standard tests was not clear and they had to do a test that was not covered under the fee.
