greetings dear community, I am new and I am preparing to submit I-130 for my wife who lives abroad. We are married for 3 months.

we are submitting the applications online.

I am looking for answers to my questions like

1 - we have 20-30 photos to upload, do you upload them one by one or is it ok if i combine them and upload as 1 file?

2 - how do we translate official documents like marriage certificate and birth certificate? is it okay if we pay to a translator service and he gives a paper of translated document?

3 - should we also upload documents like marriage certificate, birth certificate in ORIGINAL language(in addition to translated versions)

4 - do we upload passport style photos online to the application?

5 - is policy report for both US citizen and foreign wife required?

we can't pay a lawyer so i appreciate the support. thank you in advance. greetings from texas.

Most of your questions are fully answered in the Instructions for the I130 which is found on the USCIS website

photos can  be scanned and placed 4-6 to a page on a word document

thank you for reply but i read different things and i have anxiety about delaying the application. do you mind taking time to at least give me opinion?

are you saying it is ok to place all 10or20 photos in a 4-6word document and upload that document for example?

Don't read "different things".  Become an A-Student of the I-130 instructions.  You'll be glad you did.
