Hi everyone, I really appreciate your insight about our situation. We received a notification from NVC stating that the documents were "Documentarily complete" several months ago. However, upon checking the online portal, the status of the civil documents now shows as "incomplete". I have sent inquiries and asked them about this but they said the case is complete and we have to wait for the interview appointment. Anyone heard of the similar situation?

Right there with you.

Case completed almost 50 days ago.

Embassy site for re-scheduling appointments is about 10 days out.

There is a number you can call, but they don't tell you anything new.  Also, we were told to send an email to the NVC, which got a "use the form" reply.

Good times.
