Someone applying for cr1 in Rio? If so, how long are they taking to review ds 260, civil and financial documents + schedule the interview?

15 days from submitting all the proper & correct paperwork to NVC to get the DQ,    32 days from DQ to Interview Letter, and the Interview itself was scheduled 42 days later.

Btw, just to note the US Consulate in RJ does not accept a Brazil authenticated divorce paperwork from my first US based wedding (got a white 221g asking for my original divorce paperwork).   And the Carterio will not release the original certified divorce paperwork either.  I am heading to Chicago on Sunday/Monday and expecting an overnight shipment from my dad with the original divorce paperwork.   And returning to Brazil next Friday.

Well correction,  my original divorce paperwork didn't work either.   Sent in the certified divorce paperwork arrived this past Tuesday,  on Friday CEAC showed it as AP instead of Refused (with Friday's date as the last updated).

And today at the end of the day, it has changed to Issued.

And just got an email with tracking information from the correios, though it stated it might not start tracking until tomorrow.

tracking started working later on the 20th,  and earlier today we got the passport with IR visa.
