1-my passport just expired last month should i request to keep my old passport when i go and renew it so i can show the turkey entry stamp in my interview or in the ongoing relationship evidence ?

2-does my passport expiring in the middle of the wait for noa 2 will cause a rfe because i did submit my passport bio page alongside the turkey stamp page as a proof of meeting in the last 2 years

If you are allowed to keep your old passport, it is always a good idea to do that.  If you are not allowed, then make copies of all the relevant pages.

No, people go through this all the time.

No, the petitioner is responsible for financial support via the I134 and eventually the I864 at the AOS stage.

you can renew the expired passport within 6 months of the expiration (Tunisia rules) and u do not get to keep it,  so copy the profile page and turkey entry and exit stamps . this would have to be along with entry and exit stamps from the USC to show the 2 of u were there at the same time

https://www.tunisianembassy.org/passport-services

  • The Expired original Passport must be sent along with the application, otherwise it will be considered a lost Passport Application.

u are so close now to the case going to NVC and to be able to schedule the interview so get it renewed fast

And expect an extended AP after interview to review your travel

I would recommend keeping it, better safe than sorry and Turkey reviews documents according to its standards. With only my new U.S. driver's license 5/6 car rental places would not accept it as it did not show the original date I got it. You do not want to lose any evidence so I recommend photocopying it if they don't let you keep it like Dashinka said.
