NOA1 was April 20, 2023

Our processing happens in Vermont and expected Case Completion is 6 months, according to USCIS case tool

Good luck to everyone

US citizen parent filing

NOA1 date - April 03, 2023

Changed status to "Case is actively being reviewed" - Aug 18, 2023

it is showing estimated 6 months but it looks like it takes about 11 months to get approved so I am assuming it will come around April 2024

Same month. Ours went to 1 week and the taking longer than expected since 9/22.

Ours also has been saying taking longer than expected for a few months.

Still hoping for NOA2 around end of March if the 11 months to approval trend holds!

I submitted new evidence last month and it went back to 2 months, this month 5 weeks to 4 weeks. Expecting the longer than expected again any day now. At this point, im hoping for the 11 month trend as well. Good luck.

There is increased activity and approvals in the February 2023 filers group. Hopefully it’s a good sign that we are 2 months away

Hello,

I am also waiting for approval. My current status is “case taking too long, will communicate if they need anything”.

My case started in Nebraska but moved to Potomac.

I also filed a I-129F (for spouse) a couple of weeks later due to the believe it would expedite my I-130, but this not happened. I can directly email the case worker for my I-129F on 2/14/23 to ask about my case since it’s past the processing times. Good luck everyone 🍀

Hi everyone,

We applied in April 2023 with a PD of April 23, 2023. We are awaiting to hear back. I made a few errors on the i130 despite trying to be careful and taking my time. Hopefully we still get approved, as I submitted for updates for the errors in October. Has anyone had an approval yet? My service center is Texas
