I need help on my k1 my fiance went to st lukes extension center at 06/06/2013 and found out that she needed to do 3 consecutive sputum tests at june 24,25,26 of 2023 the problem is that her appointment is on 06/15/2023.

These are my questions:

1. Should we email the us embassy to let them know about  her situation on why we need to reschedule or reschedule our appointment online like october since the process of sputum test is 2 months?

2. How long will they respond if i email them and are they going to reachedule her interview appointment?

please help 🙏

1.  No need to notify USEM yourself.  SLEC will notify USEM re: visa applicants tagged for sputum testing.

2.  You or your beneficiary will need to book another interview appointment via USTravelDocs, after she gets medically cleared by SLEC.

If she's able to re-schedule via USTravelDocs, go ahead.  Not sure about the number of re-schedules allowed before you are required to pay a new MRV fee, so just be careful that you don't re-schedule too many times.
