Hi.

I received a RFE for 1099 on 05/19 (I had already submitted it and it was accepted) ,  I went ahead and re-sumbitted it with an explanation letter stating that's the only 1099 that was used to do our taxes.

I logged in today 05/21 and saw that my home page everything was accepted but I did not received an DQ update. I clicked on the household member where they requested 1099 and it still shows SUBMITTED.

Can someone explain this to me or has this happen to anyone else? Thanks!

You acted on this on or after 5/19, a Friday.

Generally I would not expect NVC workers to work on Saturday or Sunday.

Yes I received the RFE at 5am and at 9am I submitted the documents. Today, Sunday it shows 'Accepted' when on Friday it was not. I'm just genuinely confused why it shows accepted on the home page but clicking on the household member to view docs its still showing as 'Submitted'.
