I was married in Thailand on 4/7/2023 and filed the I-130 online on May 6.   NOA1 received same day and on May 8 status is in active review.  Looks like Texas will get the case.  Hoping for less than 13 months, but we will see.  Good luck everyone!

Welcome to Visa Journey, Lenny.  You have found the best source for accurate US immigration site on the interwebs.  Prepare yourself.  This will be quite a journey......

The immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and money.  Visa Journey can certainly help with the first two of those.

Do you mean that you got the USCIS receipt notice listing Vermont service center at the bottom?  You won't know your processing center until you get the receipt notice.

Mine went from Texas to California.  Confirmed by Emma.  Not sure how I feel about that but I am also sending in a K-3 application tomorrow.  I have heard it can help and not hurt.

Send the K3 ASAP.  It may work or maybe not but it only cost postage to send the K3.

My estimated processing time went from 13 months to six months.  I know these things can be all over the place.  Still waiting for my NOA 1 on my K3.

I was married March 19th in Thailand also and filed by mail through my lawyer. Our priority date is May 9th. We also have Texas for now. Here's hoping we can all get quick approvals.
