Hey all, I'm around lurking. I woke at 0500 puking (no I don't think I'm PG), with a terrible migraine. I was out of my zomig so I drove to the all night pharmacy hoping they'd fill the Rx that was written 9 months ago. They did thankfully. Only, I took one, and promptly threw it up. I made some tea...sipped it...slowly (the caffeine sometimes helps the migraines), then took another tablet. I slept til 11:30 or so. So if I'm not my usual perky self today, that's why. I'm still sorta bombed from the zomig so I'm gonna lie low. Hope everyone else is doing okay!

yes..I had a triple threat of migraine triggers. A glass of wine, chicken parmesan with lots of mozerella cheese, then a big ol slice of cheesecake. Woke up with a whopper headache...I should have known better.

I have horrible migraines- fortunately though, they aren't triggered by food. Although a flash of someones brights on their car on the way home and night is all it takes to set one off for me -_-. Stress, bright light, and certain sounds are what usually finish me off. Oh, and everytime I get sick I get aggravated and in turn- get a migraine. Ooh joy.
