She can take the class without having her visa but if she does, she will need to return after she gets it to obtain the CFO sticker. Without the CFO sticker on her visa, they will not allow her to board a plane for the US

Update:
Looks like as of may 1 2023 they have a new method using digital certificates instead of the sticker. https://www.facebook.com/CFOGovPH

after the 2-3 weeks to get the case number, how long until they send the case to the embassy?

That one I can’t say. There is a calendar for NVC shipping in the first post of this thread here, but some people don’t make the shipping I guess. It depends. But most of what I saw get from “in transit” to “ready” in a matter of days!

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

The sticker would go on her passport not on her visa. Also cfo seminar is taking one month or longer to find an open spot.

It's hard to know. 2-3 weeks after that seems to be the norm (for those that inquire again, some people never get the welcome e-letter from NVC it seems).
I am still waiting. Got the same email as yours this Monday.

I noticed at the bottom of this letter, it is issued by Pamela contractor agency. So all this letter we are receiving from nvc is being sent by this contractor agency not an nvc agent.

yep but they must have some sort of access at the NVC in order to search for records.

Thankfully the visas are good for a few months which allows time to get everything done before coming to US.

when I  email nvc yesterday, this is their response. Is this real or just a generic answer?

anyone else has this generic answer from them?

This is what I got too 2-3 weeks ago! But as I mentioned a few days back, a response I got from them about something else was saying it didn’t arrive there. So shrugs

I choose to believe in positive news!

Next week Monday, I would try to do live chat with USCIS and ask them where my petition is.

According to NVC timeframe, creation time is 35 days and review time is 17 days. Total of 52 days. Am I reading this right?
It would take 52 days our petition stays with them from received to leave from nvc

I like your positive attitude. Waiting is so hard and its very easy to become discouraged

Yes 63 days and got the same response. We have it but it's not in our system yet. They told me to use the général inquiry form now instead of NVC research. Is that also what you are using? NVC research seems to be the email to locate your petition, but once they have it you need to inquire via the général inquiries on the website.

Do you need to register your email with the NVC as a contact info? Or they will have your email from your case that they got from the USCIS?

My understanding is that they will use the one listed in your petition.

After receiving this letter from nvc. In the case status in UCSIS page suppose to show “case was sent to the Department of State “ . If it does not show, they’re lying to us.

I think you need to check status on the CEAC site not the USCIS site? When USCIS approves your petition you get the below message.
